Operating from a cramped facility consisting of just three small rooms, the college had zero students in attendance and no teaching staff present on the premises. Instead, inspecting officials found a staff member sound asleep with his feet propped up on an office desk.
Shocking Findings During the Unannounced Campus Inspection
The unexpected visit was carried out early in the morning by Chief Development Officer Rajesh Kumar Singh to assess academic operations and verify whether prescribed educational standards were being maintained. However, upon arrival at the Pandeychak Barnai site, the inspection team was met with total inactivity. The entire institution was functioning out of merely three compact rooms, showing no signs of ongoing lectures or routine scholastic engagement.
As the team surveyed the classrooms, they found them completely empty of students, with not a single teacher present to conduct classes. The only individual on site was a university employee sleeping comfortably inside one of the rooms with his legs rested on a table. Recognizing the gravity of the breach, the administrative team filmed video footage of the sleeping employee and the vacant premises to preserve clear evidence for formal disciplinary proceedings.
