Time is of paramount importance in organ transplant cases, as a harvested heart remains viable for a very limited window. The donor organ was flown via aircraft from Chandigarh directly to Hindon Airport in Ghaziabad. On 9 September 2026, at approximately 2:03 PM, the ambulance carrying the donor heart departed from Hindon Airport. Traffic police personnel stationed along the designated route managed the flow of vehicles, clearing intersections and holding back routine traffic. Thanks to their continuous oversight and real-time coordination, the ambulance traveled the 20-kilometre distance smoothly without a single stoppage, reaching the hospital grounds in just 16 minutes.
