Police in the Rewari district have successfully solved the mystery surrounding a blind murder case in the Dharuhera region. Acting with promptness to maintain law and order, local authorities have cracked the case involving the murder of a man and the subsequent burying of his body on September 6, leading to the arrest of one primary suspect. The apprehended individual has been identified as Yogesh, also known as Golu, a resident of the Syed Colony area near Bass Road in Dharuhera.
Inspection of the Crime Scene and Recovery of the Body
According to police officials, local authorities received a tip-off on September 6 stating that a human body was buried under the soil inside a dairy farm located in Bhatsana village. A police team immediately rushed to the location. Following the identification pointers provided by a woman present at the site, officers removed the topsoil, revealing a part of a human body. Recognizing the gravity of the situation, a Crime Scene team was summoned urgently, and excavation of the pit was carried out under the direct supervision of a duty magistrate, leading to the recovery of a man's body.
High-Level Oversight and Identification of the Deceased
Taking serious note of the sensitivity of the incident, Rewari Superintendent of Police Hemendra Meena personally inspected the crime scene and issued strict directives to form specialized police teams for the swift apprehension of all culprits. The recovered body was subsequently sent to a mortuary for formal identification. Police investigation confirmed that the deceased was 28-year-old Nisar, a resident of Damdama village located in the Khairthal-Tijara district of Rajasthan.
Father's Complaint and Allegations Against Named Accused
Regarding the incident, the father of the victim, Jameel, registered his formal statement with the police on September 8. He stated that his son Nisar had left home on September 5 to go to Tijara for daily wage work but failed to return by evening. Jameel expressed strong suspicion against four named individuals and their associates for murdering his son. According to the grieving father, the accused brutally assaulted Nisar using sticks, wooden planks, kicks, and fists, resulting in his death. To destroy evidence and conceal his identity, the perpetrators allegedly placed the body in their vehicle, transported it to Gaurav's dairy farm in Bhatsana village, dug a pit, and buried it. Acting on this complaint, police registered a murder case under relevant legal provisions and launched an investigation.
Arrest of Main Accused and Confession Over Theft Suspicion
Taking swift action, the police team arrested the key accused, Yogesh alias Golu. During intensive interrogation, Yogesh revealed that on the intervening morning of September 5 and 6, he and his accomplices had intercepted Nisar near Bass Road in Dharuhera on suspicion of theft. Acting on this suspicion, they subjected Nisar to a severe thrashing, inflicting critical injuries. When Nisar's condition deteriorated and they attempted to take him to a hospital, he passed away on the way. To conceal the crime, they transported the body to the dairy farm in Bhatsana village and buried it in a pit.
Ongoing Search for Remaining Suspects
Intensive questioning of the arrested accused is currently underway. Special police teams are conducting continuous raids at potential hideouts to nab the remaining absconding suspects involved in the crime. Law enforcement officials have stated that all other culprits will soon be apprehended and put behind bars. Notably, another brutal murder had recently occurred in Rewari, where the friends of a deceased individual named Jitendra were accused of committing the crime.
