During a candid conversation, Pappu Pandit shared details about his family and his nephew's rising trajectory. He explained that Aryan Kelvin is the son of his older brother, Rajesh Pandit. Elaborating on their family structure, he noted that there are three brothers in his immediate set, with a wider family network of roughly 10 to 15 brothers. The entire family, along with their native villagers, considers Aryan's strong work ethic and digital success a matter of immense pride.

Pappu Pandit revealed that ever since he put up a poster bearing the name 'Aryan Kelvin Bhelpuri' on his cart, he has noticed a sharp increase in customer attention. While a standard plate of papdi chart or batata puri typically comes with eight pieces of papdi, he serves everyone ten pieces instead. He emphasizes that the primary motive behind running his stall is not merely accumulating wealth, but earning genuine respect and recognition through honest physical labor.
Two Decades of Street Food Struggle
Reflecting on his journey, Pappu Pandit mentioned that he originally arrived in Bokaro back in the year 2000. He started from scratch, selling jhalmuri before working his way up to managing a full bhelpuri cart, and he has sustained his family through this very occupation all these years. According to him, his most recent meeting with Aryan took place during the Rath Puja festival.
Sales Jump from 100 to 200 Plates
Pappu Pandit's stall offers a variety of items including papdi chaat, bhelpuri, dahi puri, and batata puri, with papdi chaat and batata puri seeing the highest demand. The stall operates daily from 10 am to 7 pm. According to the vendor, putting up the Aryan Kelvin poster directly boosted his daily turnover. Where he previously sold around 100 plates a day, he now clears roughly 150 to 200 plates daily. He believes that Aryan's digital footprint has given a massive push to his small business.

Pappu Pandit notes that Aryan Kelvin himself is quite fond of bhelpuri, which adds a layer of personal joy to displaying his name on the banner. Customers can enjoy a plate of bhelpuri here for ₹70. To taste the snack, visitors need to head near City Mall in Sector 4 of Bokaro, where the stall sets up operations after 4 pm.
