Robot vacuum cleaners are quickly becoming one of the most sought after smart home gadgets in India, and Dreame has just added two new options to that race. The company has launched the Dreame L50 and Dreame L50 Plus in the Indian market, positioning both as devices that can handle daily floor cleaning with minimal human effort.
Price and availability
The Dreame L50 Plus is priced at Rs 34,999 in India, while the Dreame L50 is available for Rs 27,999. Both robotic vacuum cleaners went on sale on July 6 through Amazon India and Dreame India's official website. Buyers get a 1 year warranty on both models, and Dreame is also offering after sales service in more than 160 cities across the country, which means support is not limited to just the metro markets.
What both models share
Both the Dreame L50 and L50 Plus come with a strong 25,000Pa suction power that the company says can pull dust and dirt out of every corner of a home. Both devices also feature smart navigation and app based control, letting users set cleaning schedules or map out routes directly from their smartphone. Dreame claims these features are what will make cleaning noticeably easier and smarter, even in larger homes.
What makes the Dreame L50 Plus stand out
The Dreame L50 Plus comes with a 5 litre automatic dust collection station that, according to the company, can hold collected dust for up to 120 days without needing to be emptied by hand. Beyond its 25,000Pa suction, the model adds dual rotary mop pads, MopExtend technology, Smart Pathfinder navigation, 3D obstacle avoidance and a dual anti tangle brush. It can vacuum and mop at the same time, and it carries a 300ml water tank along with a 230ml dustbin.
What the Dreame L50 offers
The Dreame L50 also gets the same 25,000Pa suction power and MopExtend technology, along with a 10.5mm intelligent mop lift system. The moment it detects carpet underneath, the mop automatically lifts up so the carpet does not get wet. This model also comes with LDS laser navigation, obstacle avoidance, 5 suction levels and 32 water flow settings, giving users more control over how the device cleans different types of flooring.
Battery life and other features
The Dreame L50 is powered by a 5,200mAh battery that the company claims can run for up to 250 minutes on a single charge. It also comes with multi floor mapping, room zoning, scheduled cleaning, voice assistant support and an anti tangle brush system, all aimed at making routine cleaning less of a chore.
