BJP legislator K. Replying to a query regarding the arrival of tier-I IT firms in Nizamabad, Telangana IT and Industries Minister D. Sridhar Babu stated that the administration has reached out to prominent tech players to expand into Nizamabad and other tier-II hubs with established infrastructure. He mentioned that companies including Cognizant, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, TCS, Oracle, Infosys, and Microsoft have been formally invited to open branches.
