The certified facilities include Umden Primary Health Centre located in Ri-Bhoi district, Dongki Ingding Primary Health Centre in West Khasi Hills, and Laitryngew Primary Health Centre situated in East Khasi Hills. Each centre underwent rigorous inspection under the framework established by the National Health Systems Resource Centre. Umden Primary Health Centre led the group with an impressive score of 94.97 percent. Dongki Ingding Primary Health Centre secured second place among the three with a score of 91.56 percent, while Laitryngew Primary Health Centre attained a score of 89.21 percent.

Assessors reviewed the outpatient department, labour room facilities, inpatient department, clinical laboratory services, implementation of National Health Programmes, and general administrative management.
