The state of Kerala has officially announced the results for its weekly Sthree Sakthi SS 525 lottery on June 23, 2026. The first prize of Rs 1,00,00,000 was awarded to ticket number ST 871122 from Thiruvananthapuram, sold by agent SURESH KUMAR M R (Agency No. T 8885). Consolation prizes of Rs 5,000 were also distributed. The second prize of Rs 30,00,000 went to ticket SS 649010 from Cherthala, sold by agent E P ASHOKAN (Agency No. A 5675), while the third prize of Rs 5,00,000 was won by ticket SO 822330 from Kannur, sold by agent HAREESHANTH (Agency No. C 5997). Further prizes of Rs 5,000, Rs 2,000, Rs 1,000, Rs 500, Rs 200, and Rs 100 were also drawn for various winners.
Taxation and Payouts
According to TrendKia, the top three prizes are subject to a 30% tax rate, a 4% cess, and an agent commission ranging from 10-12%. Consequently, the final amount received by the winner is adjusted after these deductions are applied.
How to Claim Your Prize
Winners must surrender their prize-winning tickets within 90 days of the draw along with the necessary documentation. Prizes worth less than Rs 5,000 can be claimed at any local lottery shop. For amounts exceeding Rs 5,000, the claim must be processed through designated banks or the state lottery department. Required documents include a self-attested claim application, passport-size photographs attested by a Gazetted Officer or Notary, a receipt with a Rs 1 revenue stamp, a PAN card copy, and valid proof of identity like a Passport or Driving License. Special procedures apply for minors and joint claims.
