He clarified that when the examination issue first emerged around May 3, the government took immediate measures to resolve the crisis. The Prime Minister personally intervened at the earliest stage to guarantee that examinations were administered smoothly and results were declared without delay.
He emphasized that due to these prompt government actions, not a single student lost an academic year. Furthermore, keeping promises made to student representatives, a new legislative framework is being prepared alongside a dedicated fast-track mechanism to address grievances swiftly. Mocking the opposition's current stance, Giriraj Singh pointed out that while the Prime Minister was occupied with organizing student examinations, key opposition leaders were away on foreign trips. He asserted that students have never recognized these leaders as their spokespersons, rendering their ongoing protests hollow and unjustified.

Addressing reports regarding police firing during student demonstrations associated with the Bihar shutdown, the Union Minister defended the state government's actions. He asserted that the Bihar administration acted within its legal and jurisdictional boundaries. Although suspensions were carried out at the administrative level, deeper investigation revealed that numerous individuals causing disruption were not actual students.
Illustrating his point, he cited a specific incident where a police station was attacked with a bomb. Giriraj Singh explained that non-student infiltrators entered peaceful student gatherings, engaged in violence, and brought disrepute upon genuine students who were initially unaware of such elements. He directly charged that Javed Ali was issuing these statements with the explicit patronage of Akhilesh Yadav, warning that the Samajwadi Party will suffer significant electoral consequences for this rhetoric.
