Despite it being a Sunday, work was underway at the Kotputli sub-divisional office with the energy of any regular working day. Since early morning, prospective candidates and their supporters began gathering in large numbers within the office premises. Candidates were seen standing in long queues with their necessary documents and papers. To keep this process organized, the administration had implemented a token system, through which candidates were called sequentially.

To eliminate this discrepancy, specially trained personnel were deployed at the help desk established in the sub-divisional office. Here, candidates are getting their filled nomination papers meticulously checked. Officials are ensuring that any deficiencies in documents, signature errors, or affidavit-related shortcomings are rectified in a timely manner. So far, through this help desk, more than 600 nomination papers have been scrutinized closely, allowing candidates to heave a sigh of relief.

The standout feature of this arrangement is that Sub-Divisional Officer Yogish Deval is personally overseeing it. Yogish Deval continuously visits the help desk and the office premises to assess the arrangements and provides necessary directives to the officials present on site. While speaking to the media, he clarified that August 31 is the final and extremely crucial date for filing nominations. If candidates get their documents checked in advance, they can avoid the heavy crowds and technical troubles that typically build up at the office on the final day.
The administration's decision to operate this help desk even on a Sunday holiday has provided immense relief to the candidates contesting the election and their proposers.
