Celebrated Bollywood lyricist and screenwriter Manoj Muntashir recently arrived in Pali for a day-long visit, during which he toured the well-known SP Floor Mills located in the RIICO industrial area. He inspected the modern technology, hygienic production setups, and world-class infrastructure established within the mill premises. He noted that Pali is no longer just recognized as a textile hub, but is also carving out a prominent place for itself across the country in terms of advanced industrial technology.
Upon reaching Pali, the popular personality received a warm and traditional welcome at the residence of the Bhansali family. Amidst the beating of drums and traditional Rajasthani rituals, he was welcomed with a safa, turning the entire atmosphere into a festive celebration. Delighted by the hospitality of the Bhansali family and the affection shown by the local residents, he remarked that the hospitality rooted in Rajasthan's soil is unmatched anywhere in the world.
Following the welcoming ceremony, Muntashir took a detailed tour of the SP Floor Mills plant, which is managed by young entrepreneur Kamal Bhansali, grandson of Sohanraj Bhansali. He closely observed the entire automated process, ranging from wheat processing to the automated packaging of flour, maida, and suji. Impressed by the high standards of cleanliness, the automatic working of cutting-edge German machinery, and the efficient workforce management, he praised the vision of the young entrepreneur. He stated that India is steadily moving towards tech-driven industries, and witnessing such an international-grade plant in Pali proves that smaller cities in the region are playing a leading role in strengthening the national economy.
