A designated expenditure of around 50 lakh rupees has been sanctioned for beautifying the corridor, the central temple complex, and its immediately adjacent surroundings in preparation for the anticipated rush during Navratri. Beyond the exterior wall surfaces, the refurbishment project includes detailed colour treatments applied to the pillars that line the circular circumambulation walkway. When the circumambulation path was originally erected, its pillars were carved and raised from traditional pink sandstone. These historic stone pillars are now receiving artistic metallic coatings, adding an entirely fresh decorative appeal to the passage.
