The pickles are prepared utilizing completely natural ingredients. He uses only pure oil and traditional, home-ground spices, ensuring a genuine homemade taste. Summer Varieties and High Seasonal Demand
While his total portfolio spans dozens of pickle varieties throughout the year, Tyagi adapts his production to align with seasonal crops. With the arrival of June, the mango harvesting season is in full swing, bringing in both raw and ripe mangoes that are immediately utilized for fresh batches. Currently, during the summer heat, he is actively producing 6 to 7 distinct varieties of homemade pickles. Mango and lemon pickles are commanding the highest demand this season. In addition, his product line includes amla, green chili, red chili, radish, carrot, and cauliflower pickles. Looking at the highly enthusiastic response from consumers, he plans to soon launch jackfruit and other seasonal pickles, which are already seeing advance inquiries.
