High voltage drama unfolded on the sets of the reality show Rise and Fall Season 2 as prominent contestants Swara Bhasker and Priyanka Chahar Choudhary engaged in a fiery confrontation. The intense argument erupted during the pivotal City Task when Priyanka decided against supporting Gautam Gulati, disrupting existing team alliances. While Gautam City was initially seen as the direct gateway to securing the position of ultimate ruler, the workers on the show had completely different tactics in mind.
Mid-Task Walkout Disrupts Gautam City
During the challenge, Gautam Gulati placed his bets on Priyanka Chahar Choudhary by selecting her to represent the side. However, citing physical discomfort or injury, Priyanka abruptly stepped out of the ring midway through the round. Around the same time, co-contestants Kaira and Niharika dismantled Gautam's ongoing gameplay, effectively transforming Gautam City into a strict no-entry zone. Observing the shift in dynamics, Karan Patel urged Priyanka to step up and alter the outcome if possible.
Clash Over False Blame and Financial Loss
Priyanka firmly defended her stance, questioning why false accusations were leveled against her in the first place. She stated that she does not speak lies and refused to extend any support when subjected to wrongful blame. Her open refusal sparked immediate fury from Swara Bhasker, who took severe offense at the collective setback caused to their group.
Confronting Priyanka directly, Swara pointed out the heavy cost of the move, stating that Priyanka had walked away with 32 lakh rupees belonging to the group alongside 7 lakh rupees of Swara's personal money. Reminding her that Karan, Raj, and she herself were part of the house, Swara questioned Priyanka's right to claim that sum. Priyanka fired back immediately, maintaining that taking the money was an available option for her.
Personal Accusations and Harsh Parting Words
The altercation escalated further as Swara told Priyanka to drop her mask, asserting that she was no different from the very people she criticized. Priyanka responded by claiming that Swara gets offended easily and announced that she would not participate further in the game. Swara reacted with anger, demanding that Priyanka exit the competition completely if she felt so damaged.
Swara went on to accuse Priyanka of disrespecting the entire show, the audience, and the actual hard-working laborers. Before making her way to the penthouse, Swara delivered a biting parting remark, mentioning a note she had written stating that no amount of glamorous outfits and expensive makeup could conceal the ugliness of one's character.
