The apprehension took place at Naoghat, an area governed by the Chungajan police station. Law enforcement authorities identified the arrested individual as Rakhal Shill, a resident of Half Nagarjan village situated in Dimapur, Nagaland. Acting swiftly on an operational tip-off concerning illicit transit, police teams cordoned off the targeted transit spot and intercepted Shill before he could evade the dragnet.
