Bhojpuri cinema star Dinesh Lal Yadav, widely known among fans by his popular moniker Nirahua, frequently finds himself in the spotlight for his candid perspectives on personal life. In a detailed interaction on Digital Commentary, the actor opened up about his early marriage, revealing that the union took place under family pressure. Refusing to sugarcoat his reality, he shared that getting married prematurely remains a significant regret in his life, particularly because it lacked a foundational emotional bond.
Regret Over Early Forced Marriage
Reflecting on his younger days, Dinesh Lal Yadav explained that he was not prepared for marriage when his parents decided to settle him down. At the time, he was aspiring to establish himself professionally and repeatedly pleaded with his family to give him time to build his career before taking on matrimonial responsibilities. However, his requests were overlooked, and he was married off at an early age. The actor highlighted that a life partner should ideally be someone an individual genuinely loves, expressing deep regret that his own situation unfolded differently due to external compulsion.
Fulfilling Responsibilities Despite Emotional Void
Despite the absence of romantic love, Nirahua emphasized that he has never shied away from his duties as a husband and a father. He explained that he continues to fulfill every family obligation with dedication, even though he feels a persistent void on an emotional level. Rather than harboring secret resentment, the actor chose complete honesty with his family. He communicated clearly with both his wife and children that while he would responsibly carry out all domestic and parental roles out of respect for the marriage arranged by his parents, he could never develop the romantic connection that typically defines a marital relationship.
Empowering Children with Complete Personal and Professional Freedom
Determined not to let his children experience the emotional strain he endured, Dinesh Lal Yadav has granted them absolute autonomy in choosing their life partners and career paths. He advised his children to select partners based on love rather than societal or familial expectations. Nirahua stated, "Your life partner should be someone you love." Applying this philosophy to their professional aspirations as well, when his elder son expressed a desire to pursue film direction, the actor supported him unconditionally and sent him for formal training. Similarly, his younger son aspires to be an actor, a choice Nirahua endorses provided he undertakes thorough training to master the craft.
