Seeking accountability for the compromised medical entrance exam, massive crowds of furious students began marching strategically toward the Bihar Lok Bhavan, aiming to take their grievances directly to the state's highest seats of power. The situation quickly intensified as the advancing mob successfully breached initial perimeters and reached the vicinity of the Chief Minister's residence, prompting immediate and drastic countermeasures from the local administration.
Assembly Gates Bolted During Monsoon Session
The timing of the massive student march coincided directly with the ongoing monsoon session of the Bihar Assembly, creating a high-stakes security challenge for the administration. As the sheer volume of protesters surged toward the legislative complex chanting slogans against the examination authorities, security personnel were forced into a defensive posture. In an unprecedented move to protect the lawmakers and prevent a potential breach of the legislative building, authorities completely locked down the main entrance of the Vidhan Sabha.
