This means that even if Jio decides to revise its tariff rates upward during this period, enrolled Prime members will retain the ability to recharge their eligible plans at today's rates until September 5, 2027.
The telecommunications giant brought back this program to mark its completion of 10 years in the industry, extending the benefit to its massive base of over 50 crore subscribers. To join the Jio Prime Membership, users need to pay a single fee of ₹300. The primary advantage of this subscription is the one-year price guarantee, ensuring that members can continue using their chosen eligible plans at existing rates until September 5, 2027. In addition to price protection, members will receive total cashback vouchers worth ₹600.
Breaking down the cashback benefits, the first voucher worth ₹300 can be redeemed while purchasing a new JioHome or JioPC connection. The second voucher of ₹300 can be used when acquiring a new Jio SIM connection for a family member or friend. Beyond financial perks, Jio Prime members will gain early access to the company's newest products, services, and trial phases ahead of regular users. Furthermore, members will be assigned a dedicated customer support channel to ensure they receive priority assistance whenever needed. The company has also hinted that additional exclusive benefits may be integrated into the membership over time.
This exclusive membership is accessible to all current prepaid and postpaid customers utilizing the network. Users belonging to other telecom operators can also participate by porting their mobile number to Jio or by purchasing a fresh Jio connection. Securing the Jio Prime Membership is a straightforward process, as it can be easily purchased through the MyJio app, the official website Jio.com, neighborhood Jio Stores, and all authorized Jio partner retail outlets.
