A tragic road accident in Rajgarh district of Madhya Pradesh resulted in the death of a 15-year-old postal Kanwariya. The incident, which took place on a national highway, has sent shockwaves through the region. The teenager was carrying holy water from Ujjain towards Ashoknagar when a speeding vehicle struck him, leading to instant tragedy on the road.
How The Incident Unfolded
The fatal accident occurred on Sunday near Badal Khedi within the jurisdiction of Karanwas police station in Rajgarh district. Fifteen-year-old Love, a resident of Jheela village under Sadora police station in Ashoknagar district, was participating in a postal Kanwar journey from Ujjain to Ashoknagar. While he was on the route, a speeding Eco car approaching from behind hit the young Kanwariya with immense force, causing his death right at the scene.
Police Action And Post-Mortem
Upon receiving information about the accident, Karanwas police station in-charge Sangeeta Sharma and other police personnel rushed to the spot. The authorities immediately arranged for the deceased youth's body to be sent to the government hospital in Pachore for a post-mortem examination. Police officials inspected the area and initiated further legal and investigative procedures regarding the vehicle involved.
Companions Chased The Vehicle
Karanwas police station in-charge Sangeeta Sharma provided details stating that a group of 10 men and two women were undertaking a postal Kanwar journey from Ujjain to Ashoknagar along National Highway 52 near Badal Khedi. While other members of the group were traveling on motorcycles, 15-year-old Love was running while carrying the postal Kanwar. It was then that the car coming from behind hit him. Following the crash, fellow devotees riding motorcycles chased the car, noted down its registration number, and reported the details to the police.
