A major uproar broke out at a hotel located within the NEB police station jurisdiction in the Alwar district after the women's wing of Hindu organizations arrived at the premises and questioned the activities taking place inside. During this intervention, claims were made regarding the recovery of objectionable materials from the hotel rooms and the suspicious presence of a minor girl. This startling incident has created a wave of tension across the area, and local authorities are investigating the matter with utmost seriousness.
Suspicious Movement and Room Inspections
The sequence of events began when members of the women's wing spotted a roughly 16-year-old minor girl entering the hotel in the company of three young men. Recognizing the gravity of the situation, they immediately summoned other women affiliated with the Vishva Hindu Parishad to the location. Together, the women started inspecting the hotel rooms. According to the women, the sight inside the rooms was shocking, as they discovered women's clothing, cigarettes, and empty beer bottles scattered around.
Police Arrival and Detainments
Reports emerged of multiple young men and women being present inside the hotel rooms. As soon as the women informed the NEB police station, law enforcement units rushed to the scene. Spotting the police vehicle, several youths managed to flee from the spot in a panic, leaving behind their clothes and other belongings in the rooms. However, acting swiftly, the police detained around half a dozen suspicious youths from the hotel, brought them to the police station, and initiated formal questioning.
Birthday Party Claims Unsubstantiated
During initial questioning by the police, the detained youths claimed they had gathered at the hotel to attend a birthday party. However, when the police and women inspected the interior of the rooms, no items related to a birthday celebration or cake cutting were found. This unconvincing excuse has deepened suspicions, raising serious questions about the intentions of the hotel management and the individuals visiting the premises.
Focus on Safety Over Communal Angles
Addressing the media, women's wing representative Anjana Diwan clarified that the entire episode is not linked to any specific religion or community, but is directly tied to the safety and security of young daughters. She emphasized that protecting minors is paramount in society and that the women's wing has consistently raised its voice for the safety of sisters and daughters. Presently, the police have intensified their probe based on the individuals found at the hotel and the items recovered from the rooms.
