In his social media post, he claimed that a Muslim individual named Gulfran Gulzar Rain had attacked a 17-year-old Hindu girl within the Santosh Bhuvan area of Nalasopara after she rejected advances linked to love jihad.

According to details cited by Kirit Somaiya from the victim's complaint, Gulfran began using abusive language, approached her closely, and attempted to force himself upon her while insisting that she stay with him. Feeling deeply humiliated and hurt, the victim pushed him away and attempted to leave the spot. At that moment, the accused allegedly threatened her by stating that if she refused to speak to him, he would kill her.
