The East Central Railway has introduced a major transport relief for thousands of candidates appearing in the Bihar Police Radio ASI recruitment examination. Finding reliable transportation on exam days is often a stressful challenge for students. To ensure a smooth and hassle-free commute to various test centers spread across the state, railway authorities have proactively decided to operate four dedicated special trains on July 22, 2026. This strategic move is designed to mitigate the heavy passenger rush typically seen on public transport networks during large-scale state recruitment drives. By providing direct and comfortable connectivity on major travel corridors, the administration aims to help examinees reach their designated destinations safely, comfortably, and well ahead of time.
Darbhanga to Barauni Connection
For candidates traveling from the Mithila region, the railway has scheduled the Darbhanga to Barauni Examination Special. Running under train number 03201, this service will depart from Darbhanga station precisely at 2:00 PM. It is slated to make halts at key intermediate stations, including Laheriasarai and Samastipur, before completing its journey at Barauni at 7:00 PM. This schedule gives students ample time to settle in before their upcoming assessments.
Muzaffarpur Serves as a Major Transit Hub
Muzaffarpur will act as a critical departure point for two separate special services. The Muzaffarpur to Begusarai Special, designated as train number 03202, will start its journey at 2:00 PM. Routing through Samastipur and Barauni, it will arrive in Begusarai by 8:00 PM. Concurrently, train number 03203 will operate as the Muzaffarpur to Patliputra Special. This train also leaves at 2:00 PM but takes a different path through Hajipur and Sonpur, eventually dropping passengers at Patliputra by 5:00 PM.
Extended Route from Bapudham Motihari to Siwan
To cover the northern and western belts, the Bapudham Motihari to Siwan Examination Special has been deployed. Train number 03204 is scheduled to leave Bapudham Motihari at 2:00 PM. It will navigate a longer route covering Muzaffarpur, Hajipur, Sonpur, and Chhapra. The train is expected to reach Siwan at 10:00 PM, providing a crucial lifeline for aspirants hailing from these connecting districts.
Official Advisory for Examinees
Railway officials have strongly urged all participating candidates to take full advantage of these temporary transport arrangements provided exclusively for them. The railway administration advises students to review the detailed timetable carefully, arrive at the station early, and plan their travel logistics well in advance. Utilizing these specific examination specials will not only ensure a timely and stress-free arrival at the exam centers but also significantly reduce the immense passenger burden on regular commercial train services during this busy recruitment period. Authorities have ensured that adequate security and ticketing arrangements are in place to handle the extra footfall.
