According to the complainant, the relationship originated on the social media platform Instagram, culminating in a wedding conducted according to Hindu customs. The woman stated that the man's true background came to light months later after she discovered official identity documents among his belongings, sparking domestic discord, harassment, and desertion.

Online Acquaintance and Subsequent Wedding

According to the woman's account, her interaction with the man commenced through direct messaging on Instagram. As their communication progressed, the two grew closer. She alleged that the individual introduced himself under the name Johnny and represented himself as a member of the Hindu community. Believing his assertions, the couple proceeded to formalize their relationship through a Hindu marriage ceremony and resided together as husband and wife.

The complainant stated that approximately six months into the marriage, she stumbled upon documentation that contradicted everything she had been told. While inspecting her husband's bag, she found an Aadhaar card issued in the name of Javed Khan. This discovery revealed that the man was actually from the Muslim community and a resident of Tharya village in Sonipat, having concealed his real background throughout their courtship and wedding.

Existing Marriage and Prior Family Exposed

Further inquiries revealed that Javed Khan was already married, having tied the knot approximately 12 years prior, and had fathered three children with his first wife. Tensions escalated significantly when the first wife arrived at the residence, initiated a confrontation, and took Javed away with her. Although Javed returned a few days later citing intense familial opposition to their union, the couple resolved to continue living together away from relatives.

Relocation to Budhana, Birth of Child, and Desertion

Seeking to distance themselves from family pressures, the pair relocated to Budhana in Uttar Pradesh. During their stay in Budhana, the complainant gave birth to a child. The couple eventually returned to Sonipat to resume their domestic life. However, the woman reported that her husband abruptly vanished approximately one week ago, absconding alongside his relatives and leaving her abandoned.

Formal Police Complaint Lodged in Sector-27

Following the abandonment, the victim approached the Sector-27 police station in Sonipat to submit a detailed written complaint. She has leveled allegations of identity concealment, physical assault, molestation, intimidation, and criminal threats against Javed Khan and members of his family. The complainant has urged local law enforcement authorities to initiate strict legal proceedings against the accused individuals while seeking immediate security measures for herself and her infant child.
