According to preliminary reports, the impact was severe enough to cause instantaneous deaths for two laborers while inflicting serious injuries on the remaining two workers. The driver, Vedan Khanna, was also critically injured in the crash. After receiving initial medical care at a nearby medical facility, he was referred to Fortis Hospital for advanced treatment.
