A shocking incident has emerged from the Satrai police station area in Chhatarpur district, where a missing person report led to the discovery of a chilling murder conspiracy. Investigations revealed that a wife, in collusion with her lover and an accomplice, orchestrated the brutal killing of her husband and disposed of the body in the Amronia forest.
The Investigation Begins
The case began on July 10, when police received a complaint regarding the disappearance of Maniram Raikwar, a resident of Sigrampura. Family members stated that he had left home to grind wheat and never returned. As the search intensified, the police discovered the victim's motorcycle, which served as a critical piece of evidence. This discovery shifted the focus of the investigation, eventually revealing the dark reality behind his disappearance.
The Conspiracy Unveiled
Superintendent of Police Rajat Saklecha explained that after the missing person report was filed at the Satrai police station, the police conducted an extensive investigation. It was uncovered that the victim's wife, Shivani Raikwar, was the mastermind behind the plot. The woman had been involved in an affair with Akhilesh Patel, a resident of the Kishangarh police station area. Despite being married for only about two months, the wife planned to eliminate her husband with the help of her lover, Akhilesh Patel, and his associate, Bharat Yadav.
Execution of the Crime
The accused lured Maniram Raikwar out of his home under the pretext of a party and killed him in a secluded location. To hide the evidence, they abandoned his body in the forest and placed heavy stones on it. Following the investigation, the police apprehended all three suspects: Shivani Raikwar, Akhilesh Patel, and Bharat Yadav. Authorities recovered the motorcycle used in the crime, along with a towel, a screwdriver, and mobile phones. All three individuals have been arrested and presented before the court for further legal proceedings.
