Telecommunications giant Bharti Airtel also drew buyer interest, climbing 1.33 percent. Banking counter ICICI Bank added 1.15 percent, while non-banking financial firm Bajaj Finance closed with a modest gain of 0.24 percent, forming the exclusive cohort of gainers among benchmark constituents.
