Issue Details and Capital Raising Breakdown
Zetwerk is conducting the share sale through a completely book-built process. The total issue size of Rs 5,012.33 crore consists of two main components. The primary component is a fresh issue of 18.75 crore equity shares amounting to Rs 2,830 crore, which will directly infuse growth capital into the balance sheet of the company. The remaining portion represents an offer for sale consisting of 14.45 crore equity shares worth Rs 2,182.33 crore, providing a partial exit route to certain existing shareholders. Following the conclusion of this public offering, the total equity base of the firm will expand from approximately 150.68 crore shares to roughly 169.43 crore shares.
Ahead of opening the public subscription window, Zetwerk successfully secured Rs 2,251.23 crore from 99 anchor investors. The company allotted 14.90 crore shares to these institutional participants at the upper pricing limit of Rs 151 per share.
Price Band, Lot Size and Schedule of Events
The price range for the equity offering has been set between Rs 143 and Rs 151 per share. The minimum bid lot contains 99 shares, requiring a retail applicant to commit at least Rs 14,949 at the upper band limit. The bidding timeline started on October 15 and concludes today. Basis of allotment is anticipated to be finalised on October 21, while the equity shares are scheduled for listing on both BSE and NSE tentatively on October 23. Furthermore, the company has set aside up to 7,00,000 equity shares specifically for eligible employees, offering them a discount of Rs 14 against the ultimate issue price.
Bidding Trends Across Investor Segments

The allocation framework reserves 75 percent of the net issue for qualified institutional buyers, 15 percent for non-institutional bidders, and 10 percent for retail investors.
Grey Market Premium and Probable Listing Returns
In the grey market, the premium commanded by the shares has retreated toward modest territory. By 9:02 AM on October 19, the grey market premium hovered at Rs 5. Calculated against the top issue price of Rs 151, this translates into an anticipated debut price of Rs 156, signifying an expected listing premium of roughly 3.31 percent. While the premium traded at higher levels before bidding began, lighter institutional bidding has moderated expectations. It is worth noting that grey market trends remain unofficial and can fluctuate dynamically until trading begins.
