Dalal Street is preparing for a wave of activity as seven corporate entities prepare to access the primary market during the week commencing July 20. Alongside these fresh capital-raising exercises, five companies that recently concluded their subscription processes will make their formal trading debuts on the bourses. Among the firms that have already disclosed their pricing structures, the combined target stands at approximately 5,254 crore rupees. With two major industrial candidates yet to publish their official price bands, the total fundraising tally across both trading segments is positioned to climb even higher.
Major Mainboard Offerings on the Horizon
The primary schedule on the mainboard opens with Cube Highways Trust, which will welcome subscriptions starting July 22 and conclude the process on July 24. Priced within a band of 151 to 152 rupees per unit, this offering aims to gather 5,000 crore rupees. Structured entirely as an offer for sale, the exercise will not channel any fresh operational capital into the trust itself; instead, the entire corpus will be distributed to existing unit holders divesting their holdings.
The momentum accelerates on July 23 with three additional mainboard offerings entering the arena simultaneously, each remaining accessible through July 27. IT solutions specialist Extranet Technologies is seeking to raise 170 crore rupees through a fully fresh issue priced at 120 to 127 rupees per share. The management intends to deploy these proceeds toward settling existing financial liabilities, acquiring modern technical systems and hardware, funding regular working capital requirements, and addressing general corporate purposes.
Bengaluru-based Indo MIM, which specializes in the manufacturing of precision engineering components, will present a hybrid structure combining a fresh issue of 500 crore rupees alongside an offer for sale comprising 6.82 crore equity shares. The freshly generated capital will primarily serve to pare down company debt. Meanwhile, Kanpur-headquartered Lohia Corp, a producer of specialized machinery for technical textiles, has organized its issue exclusively as an offer for sale, directing all proceeds to selling promoters rather than operational balance sheets. Pricing parameters for both industrial entities remain unannounced.
SME Segment Activity and Ongoing Issues
The small and medium enterprise platform will similarly experience steady activity with three distinct entities stepping forward. Gulf Lloyds India opens this sequence on July 20 with an 18.19 crore rupee fixed-price offering. On July 21, Metallic Technoforge will present its 50 crore rupee issue, earmarking the capital to build a new manufacturing unit, enlarge current facilities, and reduce financial leverage.
Rounding out the new SME rollouts, Shree Balaji Mala Textiles will launch its 18.9 crore rupee offering on July 22 to bolster working capital and general organizational expenses. Concurrently, previously opened offerings are nearing closure: Caliber Mining and Logistics will wrap up its 450 crore rupee issue on July 21 after securing 1.21 times subscription, while Sotefin Bharat will close its SME offering to prospective subscribers on July 20.
Five New Market Entrants Scheduled for Trading
Beyond capital subscription, market participants will witness five corporate listings across the week. SBI Funds Management, recognized as the country's premier asset management institution, will mark its stock exchange debut on July 21. Joining it on the same day are Alpine Texworld and Millworks Technologies. Subsequent trading debuts include Sotefin Bharat on July 23, followed by Caliber Mining and Logistics on July 24.
Parallel indicators in the unlisted space reveal contrasting levels of enthusiasm among participants. Millworks Technologies commands an unofficial premium near 117 percent, while Caliber Mining and Logistics changes hands at roughly 27 percent premium and SBI Funds Management hovers near 16 percent. Conversely, Alpine Texworld has recorded a noticeably subdued reception in unofficial pre-listing transactions.
