Closing Bids: Moneyview and A-One Steels Lead Immediate Deadlines

Bengaluru-based fintech firm Moneyview launched its Rs 1,092-crore public offering on September 24. Exchange data from the National Stock Exchange shows that the issue crossed its overall subscription requirement on Day 1, reaching 1.44 times. Retail investors subscribed 1.79 times their reserved portion, while non-institutional investors (NIIs) bid 2.43 times. Moneyview set its price band at Rs 32 to Rs 34 per share with a minimum lot size of 441 shares. The issue closes for subscription on September 28, with shares scheduled to list on October 1.

German Green Steel & Power also experienced strong early demand for its Rs 303.90-crore issue, which was subscribed 1.73 times on Day 1. QIB participation reached 1.32 times, NII portion stood at 2.46 times, and retail allocation was subscribed 1.65 times. The price band is set at Rs 132 to Rs 139 per share with a lot size of 107 shares. The issue closes on September 29, targeting a listing date of October 5.

Slower Opening Demand: Runwal Enterprises and AceVector

Mumbai-headquartered real estate developer Runwal Enterprises recorded a relatively subdued response on Day 1. Its Rs 500-crore IPO was 0.42 times subscribed, with QIBs at 0.96 times, NIIs at 0.28 times, and retail investors at 0.18 times. The company fixed a price band of Rs 290 to Rs 305 per share and a lot size of 49 shares. The subscription window closes on September 29, followed by listing on October 5.

AceVector, the parent company of e-commerce firm Snapdeal, opened its Rs 420-crore public offer on September 25. The issue recorded 0.23 times overall subscription on Day 1. Retail investors applied for 0.62 times their allocation, while NIIs subscribed 0.42 times. QIB bidding had not commenced in the reported Day 1 figures. With a price band of Rs 30 to Rs 32 per share and a minimum lot size of 468 shares, an investor needs Rs 14,976 at the upper price band. The IPO includes a fresh issue of Rs 287 crore and an OFS of up to 4.16 crore shares, having raised Rs 189 crore from anchor investors beforehand. Bidding closes on September 29, with listing scheduled for October 5.

Fresh IPOs Opening On September 28

Market participation will expand further as two new issues open for subscription on Monday, September 28. SRIT India will open its Rs 218.40-crore issue from September 28 to September 30. The price band is fixed at Rs 123 to Rs 130 per share with a lot size of 115 shares. Ahead of launch, its grey market premium was reported around Rs 26 as of September 25.

Retail broking firm Shah Investors Home will also open its IPO from September 28 to September 30. The Rs 90.17-crore issue carries a price band of Rs 159 to Rs 167 per share with a lot size of 85 shares, aiming for a listing on October 6. Its grey market premium was reported at around Rs 11, representing roughly 7 percent of the upper price band.
