For the very first time in the country, a dedicated Women Commando Conversion Course (MCCC) is underway, imparting specialized commando training to female personnel drawn from various state police forces and Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs).
Twelve-Week Rigorous Training Program
Scheduled to run from August 24 to November 14, 2026, this intensive 12-week training schedule is designed to shape participating female troops into highly trained, self-assured, and operationally proficient commandos. Throughout this demanding program, trainees receive rigorous instruction in physical conditioning, advanced weapon handling, precise marksmanship, tactical intervention skills, hostage rescue operations, and diverse counter-terrorism strategies.
