The state of Uttar Pradesh has launched the sixth phase of Mission Shakti, continuing its statewide push to strengthen women's safety, self-reliance, and public awareness. Across multiple districts, administrative and police teams have initiated dedicated outreach drives to educate women and girls on security protocols and citizen services. As part of this latest rollout, Gorakhpur organized Awareness Rally 2026, while police units in the state capital of Lucknow took to the streets for their own large-scale demonstration.
Public Awareness Drive and Official Message in Gorakhpur
Marking the occasion of Awareness Rally 2026 in Gorakhpur district, Yogi Adityanath wrote on X to highlight the event under the sixth phase of Mission Shakti. The message drew attention to the ongoing efforts aimed at reinforcing women's autonomy and dignity across the state, underscoring administrative commitment to grassroots community outreach.
Administrative Exposure for Students and Police Campaigns

Concurrently, police personnel in Lucknow conducted a focused awareness march to familiarize locals with emergency helplines and safety frameworks designed for women.
