According to the post, the Senate changed its vote on Iran from 50-48 against to 50-47 in favor. In other words, a measure that initially appeared headed for defeat ended up on track to pass.

The turnaround came down to two senators reversing their positions. The post stated that Rand Paul and Bill Cassidy changed their votes, which was enough to shift the entire tally.

Trump used the moment to thank several lawmakers. He credited Leader John Thune, Lindsey Graham, Bernie Moreno, and everyone else who played a part in the result.
The post closed on a pointed note, declaring that the vote puts Iran on notice, framing the outcome as a clear warning that Iran should now stay alert.
