Party National President Chirag Paswan announced the restructuring, assigning fresh responsibilities across state units and central committees. Under the new appointments, Surendra Vivek has been named the new Bihar state president, taking over the helm of the party's unit in the state. He replaces Raju Tiwari, who has now been elevated to the role of General Secretary within the National Executive Committee.

The refreshed national executive committee incorporates 4 Members of Parliament from the party, including MP Shambhavi Choudhary along with other legislators. Integrating parliamentary representatives into the central decision-making executive reflects the party's strategy to align legislative representation directly with organizational leadership.
