Tej Pratap Yadav files complaint at Sachivalaya Thana
In a significant development in Patna, Tej Pratap Yadav, the president of Jan Shakti Janata Dal, arrived at the Sachivalaya Thana accompanied by his lawyer, Shiv Nandan Bharti. He formally registered a complaint against Akash Yadav, the brother of Anushka Yadav, amidst an escalating public dispute.

The move comes after Akash Yadav previously filed an FIR against Tej Pratap Yadav. In that filing, Akash Yadav leveled several serious accusations, alleging that Tej Pratap Yadav forcibly entered his residence to meet Anushka Yadav's daughter. Furthermore, Akash Yadav claimed that when he resisted, he was threatened with consequences.
Tej Pratap Yadav dismisses claims
Addressing the matter in a press conference, Tej Pratap Yadav denied all claims, labeling them as a calculated political conspiracy aimed at tarnishing his reputation. He declared his intention to pursue legal action through a defamation lawsuit. He also reached out to his younger brother, Tejashwi Yadav, seeking support in resolving the situation.
Family disputes and security threats
According to TrendKia, Tej Pratap Yadav expressed shock that someone would stoop to such levels. He refuted allegations that he visited the flat to issue threats involving the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, describing it as a fabrication designed to entrap him. Tej Pratap Yadav further blamed Akash Yadav for orchestrating his familial issues, claiming these individuals were responsible for his estrangement from his parents and brother. He also alleged that the family members repeatedly demanded money from him and claimed that Akash Yadav suffers from an addiction to alcohol.
