Located in the Dausa district of the state, this municipality consists of 20 wards in total. Local residents turned out in large numbers to elect their representatives for these wards.
To ensure a seamless voting process, the administration set up 20 polling booths across the municipality. A key feature of these 20 booths was their voter distribution; each of the 20 booths served up to 1400 registered voters, while none of the booths exceeded the 1400-voter mark.
Regarding candidate participation, a total of 116 nominations were initially filed across the 20 wards of the Ramgarh Pachwara Municipality. During the subsequent administrative procedures, 11 of these nominations were withdrawn by candidates, while 37 nomination papers were rejected during the scrutiny phase. No nomination was disqualified or dismissed (0). This left 68 candidates in the final electoral fray, contesting against one another. Out of these 68 active candidates, none was elected unopposed (0), making competitive voting necessary for every single ward.

On the very next day, September 22, 2026, the elections for deputy mayors, deputy chairpersons, and municipal vice-presidents will take place.
