Breakdown of the candidate distribution reveals distinct participation numbers across all three categories. For Level 1, which corresponds to Primary Teacher (PRT) posts, 31,402 candidates appeared. Level 2 for Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) positions saw the maximum engagement with 99,896 candidates taking the test. Meanwhile, Level 3 for Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) certification had 60,922 candidates sitting for the exam.
Biometric Verification Updates for Successful Candidates
Completing the biometric verification is a mandatory procedure for finalizing the certification of successful candidates. The board chairman clarified that out of the total 31,847 qualifying candidates, 30,883 individuals have already successfully completed their biometric verification within the stipulated timeline. However, 964 candidates could not undertake the verification process during the primary schedule. Providing relief to these remaining candidates, HBSE announced that a special opportunity will be granted to complete their biometric verification at the board headquarters located in Bhiwani.
