Residing in the Balita region of Kota, this dynamic couple launched their remarkable outreach campaign on July 11, 2024, which has steadily grown into a widespread movement. Brijesh Kumar Sen is a professional hair stylist who operates his own salon. Deciding to channel his craftsmanship toward a noble cause, he formed a dedicated team and began organizing camps. Currently, Brijesh and his team set up camps across various government educational institutions and ashrams four days a week to tend to the children.
Spreading Cleanliness, Confidence, and Equality
Since its inception, the initiative has successfully covered nearly 116 schools and ashrams, providing free hair styling services to over 15,500 children. The most remarkable aspect of this drive is that it extends far beyond just basic grooming; it actively imparts crucial messages regarding personal hygiene, mutual equality, and self-confidence among young students. During a typical camp day, the team easily cuts the hair of roughly 300 to 350 children, bringing smiles to their faces and easing the burden on their families.

Mamta runs her own beauty parlor and now actively visits schools alongside her husband to style the hair of the girls.
