Reliance Jio has introduced a new annual recharge plan that bundles unlimited voice calling and high-speed data with a full year of JioHotstar, discounted movie tickets and cashback on flight bookings. Branded as a mega anniversary offer, the plan also promises an extra 10GB of high-speed data every month on top of the regular data allowance.
A Free Year of JioHotstar and Over 1,000 TV Channels
Under this anniversary offer, Jio is giving subscribers a full 12-month subscription to the JioHotstar mobile OTT service, which will also include Hollywood content. Customers will additionally get the JioTV Pro pack, unlocking access to more than 1,000 television channels. All of this can be accessed through the JioTV platform. On top of that, subscribers will receive a voucher worth Rs 55 every month for the entire 12-month period, effectively cutting down on separate entertainment expenses.
120GB of Bonus Data Plus an 18-Month Google Gemini Freebie
The annual plan also throws in a total of 120GB of extra free data, with customers getting 10GB of bonus data every month for 12 months straight. Jio is also including 50GB of storage under JioAI Cloud, which can be used to save photos and files. But the standout part of the offer is an 18-month free subscription to Google Gemini, worth Rs 35,100. That subscription comes with 5,000GB of cloud storage along with several special features, including Nano Banana.
Straight Discounts on Flights and Movie Tickets Through Partner Brands
Jio has tied up with partner companies to add shopping and travel discounts to this package as well. Customers who take this plan and book a flight ticket through EaseMyTrip will get a discount of Rs 2,200. Shopping worth Rs 1,000 on the online store Ajio will fetch a straight discount of Rs 200. Booking movie tickets at Cinepolis also brings savings, with a discount of Rs 150 on the purchase of 2 tickets. However, the ticket price must not be less than Rs 550, and the discount will not apply on Tuesdays.
Priced at Rs 3,599, With 2.5GB of Daily High-Speed Data
Jio has priced this 12-month package at Rs 3,599. Over the course of the year, subscribers will get a total of 912.5GB of data. This includes 2.5GB of high-speed data every day, plus an additional 10GB added every month. The plan also offers unlimited voice calling along with a daily limit of 100 SMS. Once the high-speed data allowance is exhausted, users will continue to get unlimited data at a speed of 64kbps, so the internet connection does not cut off entirely.
