A complete ban has been enforced on the entry of tourists to all waterfalls and cascading streams across the district. Prioritizing public safety, the forest department has issued this strict directive, barring any visitors from accessing these natural spots until further notice.
Large Crowds Gather During Monsoon
The Mirzapur region is widely known for its picturesque landscapes and stunning waterfalls that captivate visitors. Every year during the rainy season, these scenic locations draw massive crowds of nature enthusiasts who arrive to witness the breathtaking views. Waterfalls Covered Under the Restriction
The restriction imposed by the district administration and the forest department encompasses all major tourist attractions in the area. This includes popular spots such as Sirsi Waterfall, Tanda Fall, Lakhania Dari, Vindhamfall, and Siddhnath ki Dari. While these locations typically witness a high influx of visitors during normal times, all movement to these sites has now been restricted for safety reasons.

Recognizing this hazard, the forest department decided to keep all tourist sites closed until further orders.
