In his speech, Nitin Nabin directed sharp criticism at Congress National President Mallikarjun Kharge, alleging that the opposition leadership was using inaccurate statements to sow caste divisions across Uttarakhand and the nation. He emphasized that Uttarakhand holds a sacred standing as Devbhoomi, a region where public reverence associates every stone with the presence of Lord Shankar. He maintained that a land rooted in such spiritual traditions cannot be split by divisive caste narratives.
He further raised concerns over the treatment of cadres within the opposition ranks, referencing documented instances from Karnataka and Rajasthan where Scheduled Caste workers allegedly faced discrimination and dishonor within the Congress party structure. Nitin Nabin remarked that a political entity failing to respect its own organizational members lacks the moral standing to speak about national unity or social cohesion. In contrast, he stated that the BJP operates on the core philosophy of 'Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas', giving paramount importance to the dignity of every segment of society.

Nitin Nabin commended Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami for establishing new benchmarks in regional infrastructure and economic growth. Turning to national security, he underscored the measures taken under Prime Minister Narendra Modi to fortify the nation's borders, emphasizing its critical relevance to a border state like Uttarakhand. He expressed profound respect for military personnel and their families, describing them as symbols of national honor. He highlighted a strategic shift in rural development, pointing out that border villages previously labeled as remote edge points are now treated as the nation's 'first villages' and integrated into primary development initiatives. Looking ahead to the 2027 assembly elections, he called upon party workers to deepen organizational reach and convey government initiatives to every household to ensure the return of the double-engine administration.

Highlighting the spiritual identity of Uttarakhand, Nitin Nabin paid tribute to the revered saint Baba Neem Karoli, acknowledging the state as a land shaped by divine austerity. He referenced the film 'Hanuman Ansh', created around the life and legacy of Baba Neem Karoli, expressing his personal interest in viewing the production.
He also raised the issue of national pride, targeting Rahul Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi while claiming that the Congress leadership fails to comprehend the historic essence of Vande Mataram. Drawing a stark comparison between political ideologies, he argued that previous Congress regimes declared minorities as having the first claim on national assets, whereas the administration led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi established that the impoverished citizens of India hold the primary right to the nation's resources.
