The overall financial package encompasses the basic salary, medical insurance coverage, housing and food allowances, alongside other requisite entitlements. However, standard statutory deductions will be made for medical insurance, accommodation, food, and related utilities. After accounting for all mandatory cuts, the final net take-home salary received by candidates will be around ₹1 lakh per month.
Educational Qualifications and Certificate Requirements
Candidates aspiring for these positions must fulfill clear eligibility conditions regarding professional qualifications. Applicants need to have successfully completed a recognized caregiver training course of at least 990 hours (including On-the-Job Training or OJT) backed by a valid certificate issued or recognized by a competent Indian regulatory authority.
