The recruitment drive is inviting applications for home-based caregiver positions, facilitated through the Himachal Pradesh State Electronics Development Corporation Limited. Mandi District Employment Officer Arvind Singh Chauhan shared key details regarding the hiring process, confirming that selected candidates will initially be offered a two-year contractual agreement. This service contract may be renewed further based on performance and administrative requirements.
Salary Package and Mandatory Deductions
The total monthly gross remuneration for these caregiver roles in Israel is set at 6,443.85 New Israeli Shekels (NIS). Based on current currency exchange rates, this translates to approximately ₹1.99 lakh per month. The overall financial package encompasses the basic salary, medical insurance coverage, housing and food allowances, alongside other requisite entitlements. However, standard statutory deductions will be made for medical insurance, accommodation, food, and related utilities. After accounting for all mandatory cuts, the final net take-home salary received by candidates will be around ₹1 lakh per month.

Candidates aspiring for these positions must fulfill clear eligibility conditions regarding professional qualifications. Applicants need to have successfully completed a recognized caregiver training course of at least 990 hours (including On-the-Job Training or OJT) backed by a valid certificate issued or recognized by a competent Indian regulatory authority.
