Automotive manufacturer Mahindra recorded strong momentum in August, driven by extensive demand across its utility vehicle lineup. The well-established Scorpio family led the brand's total volumes, securing the top spot on the charts. Alongside this staple model, newer premium sport utility vehicles, compact crossovers, adventure off-roaders, and battery electric vehicles also saw major gains across consumer segments.
Scorpio Lineup Anchors Total Shipments
Leading the overall portfolio, the Mahindra Scorpio range reached 15,576 vehicle deliveries in August 2026. This performance marks a net rise of 5,736 units over the 9,840 units delivered during August 2025, representing a year-on-year growth rate of 58.29 percent. Generating 26.29 percent of the company's total monthly sales volume, the model family held firmly onto first place. Showroom pricing for the vehicle starts at ₹13.69 lakh and stretches up to ₹25.49 lakh depending on mechanical configurations and trim levels.
Externally, the SUV features 18-inch alloy wheels, complemented by an expansive panoramic sunroof overhead. The interior appointments include a 12.3-inch primary touchscreen display, paired with a 10.25-inch fully digital instrument cluster and upgraded upholstery. Connected features span Amazon Alexa integration alongside wireless smartphone mirroring, with parking maneuvers assisted by a 540-degree camera setup. The vehicle boasts a 5-star crash protection score, six airbags, ASC, and an ADAS suite. Propulsion comes from either a 2.0-liter petrol engine producing 203 hp or a 2.2-liter diesel engine tuned for 175 hp, paired with six-speed manual or automatic gearboxes. Fuel efficiency figures stand at 12 kmpl for petrol powertrains and between 15 to 16 kmpl for diesel options.

Bolero Stability And EV Expansion
The dependable Mahindra Bolero maintained resilient commercial traction across rural and semi-urban distribution channels. The vehicle posted 7,777 unit sales in August 2026, slightly above the 7,617 units achieved in August 2025, yielding a modest 2.10 percent annual uptick and a 13.12 percent volume share.

Furthermore, the newly introduced Mahindra BE 6 recorded 1,696 vehicle sales, taking a 2.86 percent piece of total volume.
Thar ROXX And Standard Thar Numbers

Volume Reductions In Select Nameplates
