Residents in these areas should expect moderate to heavy rainfall accompanied by the risk of lightning strikes.

The state capital, Patna, and its surrounding areas are expected to remain overcast throughout the day. According to the weather department, while extreme rainfall is not predicted for Patna, residents might witness one or two rounds of significant rain or light showers. Due to these ongoing monsoon conditions, there will be no significant rise in maximum temperatures, which will bring much-needed relief to citizens suffering from humid, sultry heat.
