A massive IT Knowledge Hub spanning 450 acres was recently announced for the area, fueling a rapid boom in the construction of multi-story luxury towers and IT parks over the past four to five years. These developments have firmly established Puppalaguda as Hyderabad's newest and fastest-growing premium real estate destination.
