AI called the biggest force shaping the next decade

He said Jio is building its technology and digital platforms with exactly this shift in mind, so that the company leads the change rather than simply reacting to it.
Beyond telecom: a bigger bet on digital products and enterprise solutions
According to Akash Ambani, Jio has moved well past being just a telecom operator. Even so, the letter to employees kept its focus on the next decade's technology and global ambitions rather than the IPO. Akash Ambani also specifically thanked his father, Reliance Industries chairman Mukesh Ambani, expressing gratitude for the vision and guidance that made Jio's journey possible. The tribute to Mukesh Ambani highlighted how the two generations of leadership are marking this milestone together, even as the letter's spotlight stayed mostly on Jio's employees and its plans for the decade ahead. He closed the letter by saying that while there is much to be proud of from the first decade, there is still a great deal left to achieve, and Jio will aim to repeat that same success in its roadmap for the next ten years.
