A woman residing within the Kasdol police station limits has leveled serious allegations against her husband, two elder brothers-in-law, and two younger brothers-in-law, claiming she was subjected to continuous brutality for the past seven years. According to the victim, she was kept locked inside a room as a captive and was deprived of basic meals, while enduring severe physical and mental torture by the accused family members.
Rescue Operation Executed Through Sakhi Center Assistance
Trapped in an unbearable situation, the victim gathered courage and dialed the 181 helpline number to plead for assistance. Prompt intervention by the Sakhi Center enabled her rescue from the premises, following which she was rushed in a critical condition to a medical facility.
