Amritsar Surma had earlier posted a massive 258 in 19.5 overs while batting first, powered primarily by a whirlwind knock from Abhishek Sharma. Anmolpreet Singh's Century Powers Mohali To Victory
Chasing a mammoth target, Mohali Kings suffered an early setback when opener Manpreet Johal was dismissed without scoring with just seven runs on the board. His partner Gurmehar Sara contributed 26 runs from 12 balls before Mohali stumbled further, losing two quick wickets with the total at 69. Facing immense pressure, Ramandeep Singh and Anmolpreet Singh engineered a match-winning partnership, adding 151 runs for the fourth wicket off just 70 deliveries.
Anmolpreet played a masterclass innings to anchor the record chase, smashing an unbeaten-style century before getting out. He hammered 133 runs from 51 balls, peppering his phenomenal knock with 10 fours and 12 towering sixes. Meanwhile, Ramandeep remained unbeaten with a crucial 69 runs off 40 balls. Their monumental stand ensured Mohali crossed the finish line successfully. Anmolpreet Singh was awarded the Player of the Match for his sensational hundred.
