According to available details, opposition lawmakers are gathering for an important session ahead of the main rally. Sources suggest that a mock parliamentary session may be conducted at the residence of Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge. Delhi Police Issues Strict Directives for Ramlila Maidan Event
Administrative authorities have laid down stringent guidelines while granting conditional permission for the November 1 rally at Ramlila Maidan. As per the official letter issued by Delhi Police, the event must conclude strictly by 5 PM. The INDIA block alliance is undertaking extensive cadre mobilization across multiple states to ensure a massive turnout. While Ramlila Maidan has an official capacity of 50,000 people, opposition leaders claim that over 10 lakh participants will attend the rally. Political cadres from neighboring states including Rajasthan, Haryana, and Uttar Pradesh are being organized, with targets set to bring 10,000 workers from every district.
Additionally, parliamentary constituencies bordering Delhi have been assigned a target of mobilizing 20,000 people each. Special observers have been deployed in every Lok Sabha seat to oversee the logistics. Around 30,000 supporters are expected to arrive in Delhi the night before the event, and accommodation arrangements are being set up to host them.
