Zaheer has officially acquired a stake as a co-owner of the Vancouver Anchors franchise in the Canada Super 60. What makes this development particularly special is that the franchise's ownership group also features his former national teammate Yuvraj Singh. Both players played monumental roles in powering India to its historic 2011 ODI World Cup triumph.
Zaheer joins Nagendra Naga Siddoutam and Stockholm-based Anchor Sports AB within the ownership group of the Vancouver Anchors. The franchise actively participates in both men's and women's competitions within the Canada Super 60 setup. The team plays its home matches at the iconic BC Place stadium located in Vancouver. Speaking about his brand-new role, Zaheer noted that the Canada Super 60 is an exceptional league, and hosting it in one of the globe's most prestigious venues makes it truly unique. He also expressed genuine delight over having Yuvraj as part of the ownership group.

He remarked that Jack and he shared some of the biggest moments of their playing careers together, and reuniting for this fresh chapter feels truly special. The second season of the Canada Super 60 is scheduled to take place from September 29 to October 4 at BC Place in Vancouver. The tournament will feature a total of 24 matches contested among 6 franchises, encompassing competitions for both male and female players.
