The individual brought his ailing wife to the government facility for medical care, but an altercation allegedly broke out with a doctor on duty, leading to serious accusations of physical abuse and public humiliation.

The aggrieved visitor, identified as Ummedilal alias Pujari from Chundala village, had visited the Garhishawiram government hospital because his wife was unwell. According to the accounts, a disagreement arose between Ummedilal and a medical practitioner during the treatment procedure inside the ward. The patient's husband claimed that the doctor lost his temper and slapped him in front of everyone, leaving him deeply distressed and humiliated by the public insult.
Climbing the Tree With a Noose
Overwhelmed by anger and severe emotional distress following the alleged assault, Ummedilal walked outside and climbed a large peepal tree near the hospital premises. He secured a rope around a sturdy branch and sat on the tree with the noose around his neck.
